You Are Not Behind

A short one today. Sometimes the shortest words are the ones that travel the farthest.

You are not behind.

I want to say it again, because I know somebody needs to hear it twice this morning:

You are not behind.

Not behind your friends. Not behind your siblings. Not behind the version of yourself you thought you'd be by now. Not behind the timeline you wrote when you were 22 and certain about everything.

"He has made everything beautiful in its time."

God isn't on your calendar. He's on His — and His calendar has never once been wrong.

The seed in the ground in November isn't behind. It's just doing November things. Roots before fruits. Always.

Breathe. You're exactly where you need to be. Keep going.
